• Customer interactions – where the enterprise touches its customers.

That’s not all: the growth in enterprise revenue for service providers will depend on their move to a service-aware, all-IP infrastructure high-leverage network and the migration of existing enterprise customers. Then they must recruit new enterprise customers to this service-aware, high-leverage IP network.
